Anonymous: what workouts do you think would help get a flat stomach fast ?
it depends on what your body is like now. but i personally i try my best to get small amounts of food reguarly and also drink a cup of water before i eat it helps make your stomach smaller and decreases how much food you need to be full. exercise wise i believe you need to find something which you enjoy and suits your body but remember something is better then nothing :) hope that helps a little
